Apple Maps doesn’t work with a dynamic island

Hi, I have noticed that Apple Maps doesn’t use the dynamic island feature at all.

Here is what I do:

1. find the spot,
2. hit start to navigate
3. swipe up to minimize app and boom nothing. It stays minimized without switching to dynamic island

I tried to reset the app, reinstall the app, reset my phone and nothing works. When I use Google Maps or Mapy.cz it works perfectly. I use maps mainly for walking in the streets.
