Sandisk Shuttle G drive won't mount on M2 pro Mac book pro.

Dear Apple Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am facing with my G Drive Shuttle RAID drive. I recently purchased a new M2 Pro, but I have been unable to mount the drive on this device. However, the drive mounts perfectly fine on my old Intel Mac.

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting the M2 Pro, unplugging and reconnecting the drive, and checking for any software updates. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I am hoping that someone out there can help me resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I rely heavily on the G Drive Shuttle RAID drive for my work. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take to troubleshoot this problem, or if there is a known solution to this issue.

Thank you
