• Make sure that your iPhone and iPad are signed on to the same Apple ID.
• On BOTH devices, open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Photos option and Contacts option is set to ON.

Syncing Music Through iCloud:

Enable Photos on the iPhone and on the iPad::

1. Click: Settings
2. Tap: your Name (top item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Music (so that it is green)

That would be through iCloud Drive

upload things to iCloud Drive and they will be available on all of the devices you are signed into with your Apple ID… even Windows
