Safari is Damaged Please move to trash message.......

Keep getting the Safari Damaged message since installing Ventura 13.3.1 on my MacBook Pro. Tried to move it to the trash as the message requests, but can't.

Any workarounds, seems there are no recent update for safari either.

Ongoing SafariPlugInUpdateNotifier.crash I am shocked to know that Apple has yet to fix this critical & deadline killing bug of Safari constantly spewing out SafariPlugInUpdateNotifier.crash files that are dragging down the speed and hanging up iMacs. I've searched forums to get around this but still no relief. This is not my 1st Mac. I've been working on a Mac since Apple 2E & 2+. So is Apple now gone the way of Microsoft Windows? Safari 'This web page was reloaded' issue on macOS Sequoia Since upgrading to sequoia (on a macbook pro core i7, OS15.1.1), at least twice a week I have to reboot because Safari hangs, continually saying "This web page was reloaded because a problem occurred".. It happens with ALL web sites. Quitting Safari and restarting the App does not help - the only cure seems to be rebooting. A pain, but this so far always fixes it. Anyone have any ideas? Only Apple can touch the OS or its supplied apps. The only way to fix this issue is to reinstall the OS.
