What if I cannot remember my apple id and password that I used when I first set up my watch and want to pair to a new phone?

It is my watch. I got a new phone and I am trying to pair it with my Apple Watch SE. I no longer have my old phone as I traded it in months ago and I can’t remember the Apple ID and password I had used to set up my watch originally.
You didn't answer LD150's question. When you got your new iPhone, did you set up a new Apple ID and Password for your new phone? That's usually never a good thing to do. Never change your Apple ID. But you can change your Apple ID Password as needed.
If you are using the same Apple ID on your new iPhone as your old iPhone, the Apple ID and Password would be the same on your Apple Watch. If you did change the Apple ID, use the links LD150 gave you and you are now learning why changing one's Apple ID is usually a bad thing to do.
