Inertia scrolling doesn’t work when using iPad Pro Magic Keyboard

Inertia scrolling doesn’t work when using iPad Pro Magic Keyboard on certain applications on my Mac Mini (M1).

I'm able to control the Mac using my iPad's Magic Keyboard and Trackpad, however scrolling is extremely slow and sluggish (inertia isn't working) which disrupts my workflow. The issue happens with Safari, Terminal, Chrome, VS Code, and Intel apps. However, inertia works in other apps (Finder, Messages, Mail, Activity Monitor, Numbers, among others).

Note that the wireless Magic Trackpad used for my Mac mini works fine on it with Universal Control, but if I connect it to my iPad Pro scrolling inertia doesn't work as above. However, connecting a bluetooth mouse on my iPad Pro doesn't cause the issue.

I really hope this bug is fixed soon, as it is disrupting my workflow and user experience with both of these amazing devices.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 16
