Teams meetings setup on my MacBook Air

I am struggling to set up Teams meetings myself on my Mac Book Air- I have the free/ classic version on Teams that comes with Microsoft Personal package- do I have the wrong package? Teams doesn't seem able to look into my contacts

MS Teams meetings not available in MacBook Pro calendar but in iPhone calendar I am cooperating as a consultant with different customers and that means cooperating with help of Teams. I have MS 365 on my MacBook Pro but I am not using MS Exchange, I use Apple mail and Apple Calendar. When getting Teams invitations to my Exchange account the meeting is visible on my iPhone calendar but not on my MacBook Pro calendar, this even if both calendars have the exchange calendar. On my MacBook I need to use the Team app calendar to join and to manually add a teams meeting making the meeting visible in my MacBook calendar. Any one who has a solution to my problem?

Joining a Microsoft Teams meeting on my 2012 iMac I've got some work to present to a business that use Teams and had a test run today which failed completely. I downloaded the PKG Teams for Mac and managed to join the meeting via the invite link but screen sharing failed. The host could only see the Catalina screen without my Keynote app or any other icons. Am I missing something or is this Mac too old to handle it? Any thoughts anyone? Thanks
