By “deleted”, do you mean it doesn’t ring again; the switch turns off but you would like it to remain on for that same time the next day? See screenshot:

Or do you mean that the alarm is completely deleted off your list of alarms?

If the second option is the case, please report the bug Here, and Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.
