Remove menu bar in youtube full screen when automatically hide menu bar is set to off. As seen the image, I want both full screen apps should show menu bar but full screen youtube video should not show menu bar.

But Windows has it. Lower toolbar is fixed in windows but in youtube full screen it disappears. I recently switched to MacOS, would love to these features in MacOS. Would love to have it all!
You can't have it all. It's not a per-app setting.
