Macbook Air M2: Keyboard and trackpad freeze

My device is a Macbook Air M2 and is 4 months old. The device keyboard freezes with no keys, except Fingerprint/ Power button. The device trackpad also freezes with no movements and click disabled. Whenever this happens, hard stop using the power button is the go to option. The same repeats 5 to 10 min after restarting the device.
