My i phone 13 pro had a yellow screen of death few times before but now it's completely gone. My warranty expires in two days and it will cost 62k to change the display but i think its mainly software issue. What should i do?

Software issue? I don't think so.
Reading your problem description it could be a screen or other internal component failure, but we, just users like you cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
