Why in downloading iCloud for Windows 10 thru Microsoft Store, it will not let me log on to Apple, when using my correct Apple Id and Password?
For my HP Desktop with Windows 10, I had a glitch in my iCloud program, I deleted it. Now following instructions on how to download iCloud, searching for iCloud downloads, they link you thru Apple website, which then tells you to down iCloud for Windows to click on right hand corner the store, when you do that it then it takes you to Microsoft store and prompts you to open the link and which then ask you to enter your
Apple ID and Password. That is where it then sends you a return with a Red X. Therefore I am unable to log on to download iCloud App for Windows. Resulting on my Windows PC not being link via iCloud to my Ipad and Iphone.

"Why is iCloud downloading Windows 10 through the Microsoft Store, it will not let me log onto Apple?" the question doesn't make sense.
But I suggest logging into iCloud.com to do a back up/download if that's what your asking.
