Iphone screen not working

My Iphone 11 has this weird thing where the screen starts to glitch and clicking on apps that I didn't touch. This will go on for about a day day and a half then the phone will start working again, it stays like this for a few days then it starts bugging out again does anybody else experience this and how do I make it stop?
