system data is out of control. 181 GB on a 250 GB SSD

My 250 GB SSD is full. And System Data occupies 181 GB of the drive. Something is wrong with this. What can I do?

System data takes 300GB of my total 500GB Mac SSD Is there a way to fix it? Isn't it weird that we can't control this, all I see on the blog pages are expensive clean my mac kinda apps. I hope there is a way to fix it. It wasn't like this before 1-3 week but suddenly "system datas" took all of my space (300GB) . This is so annoying. Thank you
