What does it mean? My phone not original, refurbished or what?

I do. Errors happen at random so call Apple so they can properly check and correct it.

Where did you buy it from, was it sold "as is"? Otherwise, you'll need to call Apple and have proof of purchase so they can check and correct any error on their end.
