After that, If you are using Intel Based Mac Then Try to Reset SMC. Reset the SMC of your Mac – Apple Support (UK)

If the issue still persists, I would make a Time Machine backup and Reinstall MacOS, Even Issue persists, I would erase mac and reinstall macOS.

I would try reinstalling the macOS on totp of the existing macOS and compare your results...

(verify you have free storage space available ~20% is always recommended)
