Deleted videos keep coming back

And iCloud photos is OFF. I powered down and restarted.

deleted both through the storage app and in photos.

I’m out of storage and desperate.

nothing is showing in the recently deleted folder.

help!!!!

icloud low storage photos deleted All my low storage photos are gone. I tried replaying my live photos but every time i held down the picture and little “!” would show up. I tried fixing the problem by going into my settings and seeing if it had anything to do with photo settings and iphone storage. I clicked on one of the settings and it ended up removing all of my pictures and videos with “!” on it. I need to get those pictures and videos back. I don’t know how.

I LOST ALMOST 70GB MEDIA Hello, lately I uploaded all my photographs and videos to iCloud and deleted it from my device. I could use iCloud and download from the website. But right now when I open the iCloud website, I cannot see any media either in recently deleted folder. No warning i received for deleting it. Please help!
