iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone

Hi,

I have read all community posts but could not fix it.

my iPhone: iPhone 14 Pro max, iOS 16.3.1

OS: Windows 10 home edition, latest update by the day (07-April-2023)

iTunes version: latest available Version 12.12.8.2

I checked the cable, and although there was no visible error, I tried another ORIGINAL cable.

Also changed and tried another laptop with the same status (the latest Windows 10 and the same latest iTunes version).

I still get the same error: "iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone". Go to the summary tab in iPhone preferences and click restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings.

Anyone can help me pleaseeeeee?

I cannot understand why we should always have idiot problems with iTunes and iPhone. Since my first iPhone (iPhone 4s), there have been these kinds of unknown issues, and that's really a shame.
