ECG is

viewed as a medical device which mean it require official approval from the

government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer

these are the countries which has provided with said approval so far

ECG

implies that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company

without individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not

something all countries feel comfortable with.

This is a user-to-user forum. No one participating here can make the ECG available in your country. Apple has to obtain approval from the relevant regulatory agencies in your country. Sometimes, that can take a long time or even be impossible. You can let Apple know this is important to you here:

You should contact the authorities in your country and tell them you'd like to see this health feature approved in your country. It can't be enabled until your country approves the feature for use.
