Citrix Certificate Error

If I launch any application in the Citrix (connecting to corporate server), it shows me the following error "You have not chosen to trust "Sectigo RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate". Certificate is shown as being trusted under Keychain Access. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am unable to access my work account outside of work because of this. Already contacted IT who gave me another certificate from GoDaddy that also did not work. Any information would be appreciated.
