Save Files accessibility m1 with Ventura 13.2.1 update

First, I used to save the new Python code and Excel in a special folder but recently when I open the folder directly do not show the file there. Before this happen I used to open and search it by Finder but the Finder also is not able to find recently.

Second, I do not know why the file name are going to gray out which make harder to find them.

I have a 2022 M1 mac with Updated Ventura Version 13.2.1 (22D68).

I checked the Storage shows the total is 1.83 Gig as the default storage for Base system (capacity) and 1.79 Gig is full but I am not sure is that the root of issue because My hard has a 145 giga free.

I would so appreciate it if someone could give me some hint to deal with it.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.3
