When going to add a new eSim plan, the option for "Add Cellular Plan" is not available in the settings.
My iPhone is Single Sim +eSim.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
That model number corresponds to a model meant for sale in China and Korea. Those models do not support eSim due to Chinese government restrictions that ban use of an eSim.
It should however have a dual sim tray for 2 physical sim cards.

The model indicates it should have a double sim tray. No iPhone has 2 trays. Its one tray, that can accept 2 SIM cards on on each side of the tray.

What is the model number for your iPhone? Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ Model?
Also, are there any restrictions in place in Settings ➜ Screen Time that may be preventing the addition of a new cellular plan?

also when dial *#06# I get eid number.
no there have not any restrictions. İ turned off screen time but againt there have not add celluar plan option.
also I hard reset my iPhone but nothing. I ask from my operator they told me you haven’t any restrictions from they side
My brother look up this screen. I haven’t second tray and there haven’t add eSIM.
Thanks for your response but I wrote here in my iPhone have only one slot (one tray for 1 physical sim) Only front sim there have not back sim.
