Re-downloading apps

I’ve been trying to re-download a game I have already had, but it keeps asking for my billing information. I have a bank card which means it can’t do any online transactions like a debit card. How do I get this to stop?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

You usually need to have added a valid payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. You can find the acceptable payment methods for your country here;
