Is there a way to see all communication and calendar events for a contact in one place?

My business is all about excellent communication with my clients. I would love to be able to pull up a contact and see everything about them, calendar events, emails, iMessages, notes, in one place! Now I have to go from app to app to app and it's so inefficient and time consuming. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It is logical to me that I might then want to add that same contact info to my "Contacts" app. I can't find a setting to do that. Calendar events find contacts in locations field but not when adding invitees Why doesn't Calendar find the contact name I type in when I go to add an invitee to an event, but does find the contact when I type the name in the location field? It only seems to impact a few relatively recent invitees. This seems like a bug -- either Calendar is aware of contacts or it isn't. The same thing happens on both my MacBook Air and my iPhone 11. All the usual caveats are checked off: O/Ss updated, iCloud is synching, calendars and contacts both refreshed and connecting to iCloud.

Question regarding lists on phone app when I open the phone app, there is a left arrow button called lists. When I push that a page comes up that shows “all contacts”, “all gmail” and “all iphone”. When I create a new contract from a recent phone call it only goes into “alll contacts”. however, when I sync my Deja office program, that grabs contact info that is in the “all iPhone “ list. Is there a way to when I add a contact for it to populate the “all iphone” list? Why are there 2 different ones. I want all my contacts to be on my iPhone. please help
