Hey there, Rahat74,

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're not able to access FaceTime settings in the Settings app and we want to help figure out why that might be going on.

For most issues of unexpected behavior like this one, we usually recommend starting with two tried and true troubleshooting steps; rebooting your iPhone and checking for updates. Both of these steps have proven super helpful in the past at resolving these types of issues and so we want to recommend starting there. To begin, here is how you can reboot your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Once you've rebooted, if the issue continues to occur, double check to see if you have any updates available for iOS, the operating system that powers your iPhone. Here is how you can check: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. iPhone updates regularly include fixes for issues of unexpected behavior as iOS developers find them.

We hope that these steps help resolve the issue! Be sure to reply back here if you're still not able to access FaceTime in Settings.

Have a great day!

Thanks for replying, Rahat74, and that additional info, it really helps! At this point, let's check for some things that could explain this situation:

Is Screen Time enabled on this iPhone: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Does your iPhone have parental controls enabled: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Is your iPhone supervised or have a profile installed that could disable access to certain features: Get started with a supervised iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Let us know if any of these apply to your situation

Have a great day and thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!
