iTunes for Windows 10: Green Screen

I cannot play movies on iTunes for Windows 10 without there being a green screen every few minutes. The fact that this has been a known issue for years and still hasn't been fixed by is deplorable. I will never purchase another movie from Apple again.

Itunes rental movies won't play windows 11 Over the years I've had numerous problems with iTunes & Windows. I've recently purchased a Dell, Windows 11, so far I've been unable to play rented movies. The movie will download, but when I try to play I get a black screen & nothing happens. If I drag the start further along, same thing. I'm tired of the same answers from Apple. They have no clue. Yes I'm connected to the internet, yes I have the latest version of iTunes. I've uninstalled it & reinstalled it. Same thing. I suspect, despite what they tell you, that iTunes, being an Apple product just doesn't work well on Windows.

Movies won't play in itunes I have movies in my itunes library on my Windows 10 computer that won't play. It will show the movie screen with the options to "play" "extras" etc. but once I click play, the window goes black like it's ready to start playing but it just sits there. It's in play mode (not stopped) but the movie doesn't advance any and it won't allow me to choose any place along the "play line" to advance the movie to. Any ideas how this can be fixed? Some of the movies are watchable via my Movies Anywhere account but the ones I bought from the itunes store (about half of my library) will not because Movies Anywhere doesn't work with those movie studios. iTunes version: 12.12.7.1 Windows version: Windows 10 Home version 22H2 build 19045.2364 64-bit

Make sure the latest iTunes version is installed by following the information here:.Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 support
