black screen
i was putting my phone to charge and a few minutes past and now the screen is all black, i tried holding down the power button and the volume buttons but it doesn't do anything

Make sure that it is actually changed:
Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick).
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge
Then, if it won't turn on:
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (could be as long as 30 seconds)
