Current Issue with the Weather App:

A. There is a Bug at this Moment:

As of this reply, there is an issue at this an moment with the Weather app. So, you'll just have to wait it out for a few. See this Link: Apple - Support - System Status

B. Screenshot: Click "Weather" at the very bottom-right corner.

The system had an issue which is resolved now as per Apple Status --> Support - System Status - Apple
