Airplay on iMac

On iTunes when AirPlay shows available output options it shows my Bose remote speaker but not my Samsung sound bar—both of which show as connected to our home Wi-Fi system. I used the “smart things” app to connect the sound bar to Wi-Fi —if that matters. Any idea how to make the sound bar a listed output option on airplay. Running iMac with 10.15.7.

Are you sure that the sound bar supports Airplay? Just because it is connected to wifi does not mean it supports Airplay.

Thank you for prompting me to check--an no this particular sound bar does not support airplay--darn!
