Display flickering

my iphone display is flickering after ios 16.4.

iPhone 13, iOS 16

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Before the 16.4 update everything was normal but after the update my phones screen it gets bright/flickers for a moment (0.5 ms) and then it’s being normal again. This thing is happening randomly and idk what to do. After closing the gallery app and some IG reels/videos. Other apps or activity the screen is normal. Still present after 16.4.1. Any soluution?
