iPhone Dual Sim: Always use standard line

Is there a way to always use standard line for outgoing calls, disregarding the preferred line on a contact?

Here is the detailed problem: I have 2 sim cards from 2 countries on my iPhone. E.g when i am in country A, I want to use Sim card A, and receive Calls/SMS with Sim Card A and B (and vice versa for B). Now unfortunately my contacts use the „last used“ line instead of the set standard line. For example when travel from country A to B, i will switch my standard line from Sim A to Sim B. If i now call contacts with the setting „preferred line = last used“ I will still use (expensive) Sim A. However if i change contact to „preferred line = Sim B“, I will have to change that every single time I travel and for all my contacts - which is not feasible.

I would like to always ignore the preferred line setting in contacts and always use the default standard line Sim Card, chosen in the iOS settings.
