iPhone music library freeze when deleting “next playing” song

Ever since the iOS 16.4 update, while listening to my purchased or downloaded music in my library on the music all, the whole app will freeze when I delete the first “playing next” song. It doesn’t freeze if I delete the third or seventh or fifteenth, only the first. It’s not responsive if I try to pause the song or cycle to the next track. But it will let me swipe up to go to my Home Screen or to my running apps or swipe down from the top to access my notifications or my control center. It just freezes the music app. And when I try to swipe the running app upwards to stop it, the music will keep playing for like 5 seconds before stopping. Then I can open the music app back up, hit play, try to delete the first song in “playing next, and it does it all over again. I’ve tried a hard restart/reset, I’ve looked for further updates, I’ve tried turning it off and back on. Nothing is fixing this problem.
