Hi my Mac keeps randomly restarting but before it does that it shows a black screen with a pink box in the corner and then shuts down and restarts itself.
I havent had my laptop long and is only used for university work but has been doing this since I had it.
Please can someone help as I am in my final year of uni and can't afford to lose all my work and can't afford a new laptop.
Any help would be great thank you

I think it's a hardware related issue. Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware issue.

If it doesn't help, you'd better contact Apple support or take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
