OWC thunderbolt dock needs OSX assistance?

Hello everyone,

I have the OWC Thunderbolt Pro dock. I am using a MBP M2 Pro Chip 16" version. When I plug everything into my dock, everything works as it should, including the monitors. HOWEVER, when the MBP sleeps, and i then try to wake the machine, all peripherals will function (mice, network, etc.), but the monitors say there is no input. Unplugging and reconnecting the monitors does not change the issue. However a re-boot will make all screens work again. So basically if the mac sleeps, the screens stop working. I have changed the cables, which has not helped.

OWC says its a OSX issue and they need to patch the OS. I have just upgraded to Ventura 13.2, but the issue persists.

Anyone else have this issue or know of a workaround?
