iphone 11 not working with subaru outback 2012

I changed my iphone 7 to iphone 11 and now in my subaru outback 2012 or I hear music and waze sound or phone calls with bluetooth, before I did everything at the same time, what can I do?

The phone (iphone 11) has the latest update, but when pairing via bluetooth or I listen to the phone or spotify and waze, before this did not happen to me with the previous phone (iphone 7)
