Why can’t I share my location to people on imessage

Probably your iMessage is not active.

Open the Messages app on your iPhone and select a message. Select the name of the person or group at the top of the conversation. Select Send My Current Location. Your recipient will see your location on the map.

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS*** with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you
