Is the Warranty cover if there is any cracked or defect on the apple watch's screen?

You are not writing anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum. However, if you have cracked the screen on your Apple Watch (glass doesn't break by itself), Apple warranty does NOT cover accidental damage, which a cracked screen would be.
You can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple, but be prepared for them to offer you an "Out of Warranty" replacement watch and it won't be free.
