Apple denied warranty replacement – how to get live chat and compensation?

I recently submitted my Apple Watch Series 8 for replacement under warranty due to it causing a burn on my wrist. However, Apple denied the replacement, claiming it doesn’t qualify under warranty. I’d like to know how I can contact a live chat agent to discuss this further. Additionally, am I eligible for compensation for the burn and inconvenience caused?

You would only be eligible for compensation if you could prove in a court of law that it was Apple's negligence and not your skin allergy or some other environmental contamination despite millions not having any problem.

in the mean time my personal advice:

Wear it on the other wrist til the lesion heals

Wash your wrists night and morning

Do not wear it overnight!

Clean the watch back and strap with a damp face cloth

Moisturise at night and if you have a dusty job apply barrier cream in the morning.

If it persists see a dermatologist.
