You can easily edit red eye on photos using the built-in Photos app on your iPhone. Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the Photos app on your iPhone and select the photo that has red eye.
  2. Tap the "Edit" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Crop and Rotate" icon at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square with arrows on each corner).
  4. Tap the "Redeye" button, which is located near the top of the screen.
  5. Use your finger to select the area of the photo that has red eye.
  6. Tap "Done" in the upper right corner of the screen to save your changes.

The Photos app will automatically remove the red eye from the selected area. If you're not satisfied with the results, you can try again by selecting a different area or adjusting the size of the selection.
