Fitness App on iPhone not updating to show my awards!

My latest award "Perfect Week (Move)" didn't show up. I tried restarting my iPhone – a solution that seemed to work last week and with some other awards – but still nothing. I should have 3 weeks having net this and only 2 show. Also, "The Longest Move Streak" is always off by a considerable number of days.

Note: I only use this on an iPhone since I do not have a watch.

It is discouraging to not get these simple awards.

It ALSO makes one wonder what other metrics are off in this app (totally understand that the recordings depend on where phone is carried or carried at all, lol), however, "a ring is a ring is a ring" and they are present fulfilling the award's requirement.

Will these awards still show up? Who do we contact to fix this?
