Sent Emails Disappear- “Undo Send” issue?

I have an iPhone 14. Periodically for the pass several months, I have found that some of my sent emails just disappear - Not received by recipients, not in Sent, Draft, or any Folder.

This might be happening to emails where I send the email and immediately closed out the window, but I’m not certain since this is occurring randomly. This never happened on my old iPhone before having the "Undo Send" 10 second feature. Where are these “Undo” emails stored and can I recover them? Has anyone else experienced this issue with disappearing emails?
