hi, once I click on update for my Mac it says there is no internet connection, however my wifi is working and I am using the internet without any problems. What might be the reason and how to fix it?
Are you using a VPN by chance? If so, try changing its server location or toggling it off then on again. Otherwise, you could check System Settings, Network, Filters and check if there is an entry there you don't want or need like an old or uninstalled Anti-Virus application filter.
Not sure what happened but i disconnected wifi, reconnected and somehow after a few tries i was able to download the updates. Thank you for helping!
