Software update without wifi connection (Mac m1 13 inch)

Recently on my Mac there shows it connected to wifi but when I browse it is showing 'no internet connection'

Now I can't even update latest version of it

How can I update without connection of wifi?

Looking forward to your grateful advices

when you are connected to wifi and it’s showing no Internet connection means, that you have a wifi connection with your router, but your router does not have the Internet connection…. with other words, the issue is on your router, not on your Mac
