I forgot my iCloud and password

Check your web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team.

Nobody on these boards will know what they are, and nobody at Apple will know what the password is; they can only reset it.

You are able to log in to these forums just fine. So, the credentials (email and password) to use would be no different, given it is the same Apple ID.
