“Video is in a format that cannot be streamed to this TV” with Roku.

I am using an iPhone 13 and a Roku Ultra (Connected to a projector) in which I try to AirPlay an extra from a film I bought from iTunes. I can AirPlay the main feature itself, but the extra feature can’t be shown for whatever reason. Is there any reason why I can’t stream this or is this more of an iTunes security thing? Is there any way I can watch my extra feature? Thanks in advance.

Hello Neon_ically,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

Are you able to watch the additional content directly on your iPhone, without trying to AirPlay? If not, you will want to follow the steps found here to see if you can get that content to play: If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app - Apple Support

Let us know if those steps help.

Kindest regards.
