Near impossible to watch Apple app programmes (e.g. Teheran) on our TV via Firestick. Screen is very dark. Other apps are fine. Seem to recall reading it was an Amazon issue? Any tips/solutions? Thanks.

We're happy to assist. To clarify, this is affecting all content that you play through Apple TV, but other apps look normal, correct?
