My wifi can’t be access

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Does it happen at home only, or with different wifi networks too? Please test it.


Should be the former, try restarting your modem router, wait for its complete autoconfiguration, the reconnect your device and test it.


Should be the latter, try resetting your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected.


If the issue persists, contact Apple support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service
