My watch face is stuck on a screen that I could change my view options to either grid view or list view. I currently have it set to list view. I have tried changing it to grid view, there is also an option to cancel, and I have pressed that multiple times with no success. It just seems stuck on this screen and it won’t go away.

You can often force quit an app
Press and hold side button until the Medical ID and SOS screen appears.
Then press and hold Digital Crown til the clock face appears
Or Force restart the Watch
Hold in Side Button and Crown together until the white apple appears then let go. It should restart to normal.

Thanks for the info! Somehow it got stuck when my phone was doing an update and that update didn’t complete because the battery was low. Until I could get the battery charged up and the update couldn’t complete, my watch was stuck in this weird mode.
