Retrieve my old iTunes account and songs

How can I get my old iTunes song list back on my iPhone 12? All my songs are gone now except for the ones I purchased to download. Is there a way to retrieve them using my iPhone?

For songs that were purchased from the iTunes Store, in the past, you can re-download fresh copies per the steps in here: Redownload music - Apple Support

For songs from other sources, such as CD rips, Apple does not store a copy. You can get them from the computer that you last used to sync the phone, or from any copies or backups you have made.
