I use my phone when it’s on charge and now my battery health has reduced from 100% to 95% Can you help me regain my battery health at hundred percent

It is impossible to increase the battery health; batteries normally degrade over time.

It can't be increased without getting the battery replaced; they wear out as they age, and lose 1% a month on average.
